I’m going to Disneyland in July! I seriously cannot wait to go to this magically happy place!

Happy Hunger Games and may the odds be ever in your favor!
I saw The Hunger Games twice in a row (the 23rd and the 24th), and I am seeing it again on Saturday, and I loved it! The pacing was wonderfully fast (just like the book). This movie was almost dead on with the book, but as with all book to movies, things are left out and/or altered. This did happen to the Hunger Games, but it didn’t even matter. The bits that were left out were very small, and tons of new features were added. The cinematography in the beginning was one of those things that you either love or hate. Personally, I loved the slightly shaky camera because it puts the viewer into the shot rather than the viewer being a spectator. The audience gets to see what is happening in more perspectives than in Katniss’, so you get to see a new side of Snow, Seneca, Caesar, and Claudius. Technically, this film was amazing. The story line was almost exact to the books! I did wish a few minor things were played up more (like the idea of tokens since there, were no tokens because Katniss sneaked the mockingjay into the arena, and the chariot costumes, since we only see Katniss and Peeta’s costumes.), but they are truly very very minor. I look forward to seeing this film again!
Love always,
Julia
Why hello there, dears! Sorry I haven’t posted in forever, but I have been busy with school, RPs, YouTube voice acting projects, and writing, but I’ll be on a lot more lately!
I’m going to the Hunger Games today! Guess who’s excited! I’m swing it today with my sister, Saturday with a friend, next saturday with a group of friends, and possibly another time with another friend. Yup, I really like the Hunger Games! A review of the movie will be the next post *spoiler alert*.
Now to stop procrastinating on studying for math and theology.
Too da loo!
